This hose uses 11 - 13 mm jubilee clips.

Endless Band Hose Clamp with Buckle - 5 mm wide.

Again one of those items that allows you to put the finishing touches on a restoration!

This is the famous "endless band hose clamp with buckle" that was used throughout the 1950's, 1960's and 1970's in the car industry.

Unfortunately, these band clamps are only suitable for one-time use and are discarded after removing them.

Over the years, these clamps have become harder and harder to find but we managed to find a source!

We are selling these in sets.

Such a set consist of the following:

• Approximately 100 cm Zinc-plated band, 5 millimeters wide
• 3 buckles

This way, you have roughly a foot (or 33 cm) of band per clamp / buckle which is more than enough for regular applications.

Thanks to the generous length of band, there is virtually no limit to the diameter or circumference of the clamp that you wish to apply although these were usually applied to small diameter fuel lines.

Please note that this style of clamping is NOT suitable for steel-braided lines.

Stainless Steel Jubilee Clip Hose Clamp for 8 mm Flexible Fuel Line.

This hose clamp (or jubilee clip) is perfectly suited for our 8 mm internal diameter fuel line.

Neatly finished, the stainless steel (Grade 304) makes it the perfect compliment to our textile covered fuel hose.

It is rated for between 8 mm internal diameter (i.e. 11 - 13 mm external hose diameter).

Can be tightened using a 7 mm socket or flat head screwdriver.
Excellently suited for use with our Gates Flexi Driver tool.

Calibrated gauges to measure jet sizes.

The perfect way to determine the exact size of jets, regardless of what is indicated on them.

Sometimes jets are drilled out to requirement and / or the original indicators are removed or illegible which leaves you questioning the true size.

With these gauges, you can still determine which size these jets are.

Gunson Car Balancer.

Internal combustion engines use a mixture of air and petrol to generate their power.

The performance therefore is influenced by the air flowing into it and the petrol that is metered out by the carburettor.

Unless the air flow in Twin or Multiple carburettors is correctly set, the correct mixture adjustment is unlikely to be achieved and this is the simplest tool to achieve that.

LOCTITE 542 is designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings as well as other cylindrical metal assemblies.
The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration.
The thixotropic nature of LOCTITE 542 reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the part.

The product works on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminium and plated surfaces.
It is proven to be tolerant of minor contamination due to industrial oils, e.g. engine oils, corrosion prevention oils and cutting fluids.

The Gunson Digital Exhaust Gas and CO Tester is the perfect (and affordable !) tool for the DIY mechanic to measure and adjust the CO-percentage in the exhaust gases of cars, motorcycles, boats etc equipped with a petrol-driven internal combustion engines.
