Set of 5 x A4 Sheets of Flexoid Gasket Paper Material.

Almost a "First Aid Kit" for the home mechanic!

This set of first quality gasket paper contains 5 sheets in DIN A4 size (300 x 210 mm or roughly 11.8 x 8.3 inches) in 5 different thicknesses.

You can cut these sheets to almost any desirable size and shape to help you out when the required gasket is not at hand.

The sheets are made of cellulose based, plasticised gelatin-impregnated material.

The sheets are of the following thickness:

• 0.15 MM
• 0.25 MM
• 0.4 MM
• 0.8 MM
• 1.6 MM

This is the top-of-the-line Gates flexible fuel line, resistant to modern day, aggressive, fuels.

Textile covered for the correct "vintage" look.

This fuel hose has an 8 mm inner diameter and 13 mm outer diameter.

It is sold in lengths of 0.5 meter.

This small-diameter hose has a durable and oil resistant textile cover that provides a dependable and safe service on fuel circuits in passenger cars.

This hose is resistant to heat, leaded and unleaded fuels, oil and Diesel.
Please note that E10 fuel resistance is NOT mentioned by the manufacturer!

Recommended for clamped hose applications on low-pressure (carburetor) fuel systems in passenger cars.
NOT suited for high pressure fuel injection systems.

This is the top-of-the-line Cohline, E10-resistant, flexible fuel line / hose.

This fuel hose has an actual inner diameter of 7.5 mm and 13.5 mm outer diameter and therewith a nice and tight fit for 8 mm fuel unions.

This fuel line is DIN 73379-2a compliant.

It is sold in lengths of 1 meter (3 Feet 3 3/8 inch).

Black rubber textile reinforced hose for conveying commercial fuels, including Super Grade and E10.
Also suitable for Diesel fuels with Bio–Diesel addition.

Construction:

• Liner: Black smooth NBR

Temperature:

This hose uses 11 - 13 mm jubilee clips.

Endless Band Hose Clamp with Buckle - 5 mm wide.

Again one of those items that allows you to put the finishing touches on a restoration!

This is the famous "endless band hose clamp with buckle" that was used throughout the 1950's, 1960's and 1970's in the car industry.

Unfortunately, these band clamps are only suitable for one-time use and are discarded after removing them.

Over the years, these clamps have become harder and harder to find but we managed to find a source!

We are selling these in sets.

Such a set consist of the following:

• Approximately 100 cm Zinc-plated band, 5 millimeters wide
• 3 buckles

This way, you have roughly a foot (or 33 cm) of band per clamp / buckle which is more than enough for regular applications.

Thanks to the generous length of band, there is virtually no limit to the diameter or circumference of the clamp that you wish to apply although these were usually applied to small diameter fuel lines.

Please note that this style of clamping is NOT suitable for steel-braided lines.

Stainless Steel Jubilee Clip Hose Clamp for 8 mm Flexible Fuel Line.

This hose clamp (or jubilee clip) is perfectly suited for our 8 mm internal diameter fuel line.

Neatly finished, the stainless steel (Grade 304) makes it the perfect compliment to our textile covered fuel hose.

It is rated for between 8 mm internal diameter (i.e. 11 - 13 mm external hose diameter).

Can be tightened using a 7 mm socket or flat head screwdriver.
Excellently suited for use with our Gates Flexi Driver tool.

This is the top-of-the-line Cohline, steel-braided E10-resistant, flexible fuel line / hose.

This fuel hose has an 8 mm inner diameter and 16 mm outer diameter and is therewith suitable for 8 mm fuel unions.

This fuel line is DIN 73379 Type B compliant.

It is sold in lengths of 1 meter (3 Feet 3 3/8 inch).

We strongly advise you to secure your fuel lines using our stainless steel jubilee clips, despite the barbed edge on these unions.

Calibrated gauges to measure jet sizes.

The perfect way to determine the exact size of jets, regardless of what is indicated on them.

Sometimes jets are drilled out to requirement and / or the original indicators are removed or illegible which leaves you questioning the true size.

With these gauges, you can still determine which size these jets are.

Indispensable when working on modified carburettors!

Two different sets available:

Set 1: 20 gauges, ranging from 0,45 mm to 1,50 mm
Set 2: 16 gauges, ranging from 1,50 to 3,00 mm

Measurements are taken by inserting the tapered needle into the jet.

Gunson Car Balancer.

Internal combustion engines use a mixture of air and petrol to generate their power.

The performance therefore is influenced by the air flowing into it and the petrol that is metered out by the carburettor.

Unless the air flow in Twin or Multiple carburettors is correctly set, the correct mixture adjustment is unlikely to be achieved and this is the simplest tool to achieve that.

Suitable for use on SU, Solex, Auto-Lite (Fomoco), Stromberg, Weber and Zenith and can be adjusted to fit most carburettors including sidedraft, downdraft with air intakes (Venturi) from 25 mm to 67 mm (1”-2”) diameter

Carburetor Vacuum Synchronizer Set.

Thread Sealant - medium strength.
For fine threads in hydraulic, pneumatic and general fittings.
Fast curing.

LOCTITE 542 is designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings as well as other cylindrical metal assemblies.
The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration.
The thixotropic nature of LOCTITE 542 reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the part.

Threadlocking Adhesive - medium strength.

General purpose.

Suitable for all metal threaded assemblies.

LOCTITE 243 is a general purpose threadlocker of medium bond strength.
This threadlocker secures and seal bolts, nuts and studs to prevent loosening due to vibration.
The product works on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminium and plated surfaces.
It is proven to be tolerant of minor contamination due to industrial oils, e.g. engine oils, corrosion prevention oils and cutting fluids.
