Elaborate Throttle Shaft Rebuild Kit for a Solex 34 PICB carburetor.

This is an elaborate kit to replace the throttle shaft in your Solex 34 PICB carburetor.

This service kit contains:

• 1 Hardened steel throttle shaft
• 1 Butterfly valve - 34 mm diameter
• 2 Butterfly valve screws
• 2 Throttle shaft bushings

This product is priced and sold as a single set.

It consists of the number 2, 3 and 4 in the drawing of the Solex PICB carburetor.

Please note!
The standard diameter of these shafts is 8.0 mm.

However, we can also supply the shaft in oversize 8.5 mm.

The oversize allows you to compensate for wear in the bore of the carburettor body.

It is, however, important to know that you will have to ream the bore (or the bushings in this set if you're using those) to the exact diameter of 8.5 mm.

If the bore is already worn out to a diameter larger than 8.5 mm, you will have to use the bushings.
