Main jet carrier for a Solex 40 PII carburetor.

This carrier sports M11 outer thread and has a 14mm Hex head.

The main jet (# 2054, number 31 in the drawing) is screwed into this carrier after which the assembly is inserted into the carburetor body.
For that purpose, it sports a M5 x 0.75 threaded hole to accommodate the main jet.
