These chokes sport the following dimensions:

• 52.88 mm diameter at the widest part
• 50.7 mm at the shoulder
• 43.02 mm long

The size, or calibration if you want to call it that, is engraved into the choke itself.
That way, you can always determine "what it was when it was produced" but please bear in mind that during the course of its life it might have been modified by previous owners.
