9mm Progression Hole Cover Screw for a Dellorto DHLA carburetor.

This screw is used to plug the bore of the progression holes.

Please note that Dellorto used two different versions of this plug over the years: a 10mm version and this 9mm version here.
The specifications of this version here are: a diameter of 8.95 mm across the treads and a head diameter of 9.97mm.

The other version, Dellorto Part Number 8857, measures 9.9mm and 11.1mm respectively.
